Complete a new application online by clicking here. You will then need to provide the following either digitally during the online authentication, or by post:

• A signed contract
• A copy of your Passport or EU ID Card
• Proof of residency

Please note the first transfer to your account must come from an account held in your name in one of the countries in this list. If you do not hold an account in one of these countries you will need to provide a certified passport copy.

Based on your planned investment, actual investment and profile we will request proof of origin of funds, and in some cases this may need to be provided in order to complete your account opening. For your convenience you can include this with your application.

The first account holder completes a new application online by clicking here. You will then need to return the following:

• A signed contract from the first account holder
• The joint account holder agreement available here
• A copy of your Passport or EU ID Card for each account holder
• Proof of residency for each account holder
• Proof of origin of the funds you will invest

Please note the first transfer to your account must come from an account held in your name - either a transfer from each of your individual accounts, or one transfer from a joint account -  in one of the countries in this list. If you do not hold an account in one of these countries you will need to provide a certified passport copy.

We can accept money transfers from a bank account in your name to your account with us. Please note we don't accept cash transfers from crypto organisations.

We may ask you to provide further information and documentation on money transfers from certain countries, and in limited circumstances we may decide to decline the transfer.

Please note the first transfer to your account must come from a bank account held in your name in one of the countries in this list.

If you do not hold an account in one of these countries, please include a certified copy of your passport or EU ID card. The certification must be completed by an authorised authority (for example: Police Officer, Town-Hall, Embassy or Consulate, Notary, UK Solicitor, Foreign and Commonwealth office lawyers in the Middle East). The document must show your photo, signature and personal information pages, and the date, place, signature, name and position of the certifying authority. The certification can be made in English, French or German, otherwise an official translation of the document will be required.
