• Mobile Level 3 Security is activated by default when you order your card. Biometric authentication is required, adding an extra layer of protection to your account. It is not possible to have a card without biometrics activated.

If you believe you’re a victim of fraud:
1. Change Your Password: Log into your account and update your password immediately.
2. Lock Your Card: Use the app or go to cardblock.swissquote.lu to lock your card and prevent unauthorized transactions.
3. Contact Customer Service: Call us at +352 2603 2003 for immediate support.
4. Report the Incident: Email us at phishing.lu@swissquote.lu so we can monitor and address the issue.

To lock your card:

Via the App:
1. Open the Swissquote app.
2. Tap the lock icon on your card to lock it instantly.

Online:
1. Go to cardblock.swissquote.lu.
2. Enter your user ID and password.
3. Follow the prompts to lock your card.

If you wish to dispute a payment that has already been processed:
1. Contact our Client Services team as soon as possible at +352 2603 2003.
2. Provide the details of the transaction you wish to dispute.
3. Our team will assist you in logging a dispute/chargeback and guide you through the necessary steps.

If your device is lost or stolen:
1. Go to cardblock.swissquote.lu and lock your card. Safeguards are in place, but locking your card adds an extra layer of security.
