Transfers to the account 

In order to transfer securities to a Swissquote account, you need to send an instruction letter (Transfer order form) to your bank, requesting a transfer to your IBAN account. 
Securities transfers to the Swissquote account are free of charge. 
Your bank can contact our settlement department by e‑mail at settlement@swissquote.ch to coordinate the transfer. Please note that we do not provide custodians information to clients.

Transfers out of the account 

To transfer securities out of the account, please send this form via the contact form or by post to:

• Securities transfers to another financial institution are charged at EUR/USD/CHF 50 per line. For example, 10 UBS and 30 MSFT are charged CHF 50 and USD 50.
• Securities transfers to another Swissquote account are free. Written instruction as indicated above is still required.

Updating the Unit Cost

In order for us to update the unit cost, please send us a copy of a bank statement indicating the initial purchase price (or purchase confirmation).

Please upload the documents via the contact form or in 'My Account' (top‑right menu) > 'Messages' > “Create”.
