How do I access my bank account via the Swissquote app?

Log in to the Swissquote website, change your password and deactivate the «Mobile trading» contract. You can also block access to your account for a specific mobile.

What do I do if I lose my mobile?

You can use the contact form, which can be found in each of our apps, or submit your question or comment directly on the Swissquote website. You can also call our <a href="/private/help/contact">Customer Care Center</a><a href="/customer-care"> </a>on 0848 25 88 88.

Where can I ask a question or make a comment?

Our mobile apps for Android and iOS enable you to trade directly on most markets. However, on some markets, technical constraints mean that the mobile apps will redirect you to the Swissquote website. Currently, you may access directly on SIX, US, Swiss DOTS and Options &amp; Futures.

Which markets can I place trades on?

Swissquote provides specific eForex apps for <a href="https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/advanced-trader/id340408565?l=en">App Store</a> and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.swissquote.mobiletrader.android.wl.acm">Android</a> operating systems.

How do I access eForex from my mobile apps?

No this is not possible at present.

Is it possible to access my dynamic savings account from mobile apps?

Simply log in using your bank account or premium account to access your personal pages.

How can I access my personal pages?

Each screen has a «Refresh» button, or a function that enables you to refresh the page by sliding your finger down the screen. If you are logged in to your bank account or premium account, quotes are updated automatically.

How do I refresh a quotation?

If you choose to save your username and password, they will first be stored using a key specific to each device, and then in the Keychain, a storage area secured by Apple. The process is similar on Android, with the Keystore.

How is my password stored on mobile phones?

In iOS, you need to «swipe right», i.e. slide your finger all the way along the cell from left to right. In Android, press and hold a security for a moment and you will be given the option of deleting it. Only your «Favorites» list and your personal pages can be altered.

How do I delete a security from a list?

Where can I download the trading app?

Currently, you are asked for your Level-3 card just once. Your device is then authorized to access your account, and you can place orders without needing your Level-3 card again.With the Mobile Level-3 functionality, you can use your phone as a Level-3 card. When you perform authentication on a web browser, you then receive a Push notification on your mobile app as confirmation. Simple, fast, effective.For security reasons, you are advised not to take a photo of your Level-3 card.

Can I save my Level 3 card in the app?

You will find all the information and options related to your account and your assets by selecting the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.

How can I access my account overview and check my portfolio?

You can find all the news, information and live market prices by selecting the Markets tab at the bottom of the screen. Swiss securities are displayed by default, but you can switch to other regions from the country dropdown menu.

Where can I find market information?

Simply select the aptly named Inspiration tab at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can browse Themes Trading to find a thematic portfolio that matches your interests and aspirations, discover the hottest securities on our Trend Radar, or get a personalised daily selection of stocks based on your trading preferences and on securities that are popular among clients with a similar profile as yours.

 I’m not sure what to invest in, where can I find inspiration?

All your favourites are now conveniently grouped in one place. To access them, select the Markets tab at the bottom of the screen, then choose Watchlist.

Where can I find my Favourites, Personal page and Personal list?

Yes, you can do so by selecting the Markets tab at the bottom of the screen, then choose Alerts to set up and manage your alerts.

Can I add alerts based on prices and news?

For certain financial products, a paid subscription must be purchased (for example, for Eurex Real Time, ISE Real Time, CME Real Time) to receive real‑time data. You have the option to subscribe to real‑time prices in your account under 'My Account' (top‑right menu) &gt; 'Services' &gt; 'Subscriptions'. You can also unsubscribe. The subscription is active as soon as the account is charged. On our website you can find a <a href="https://one-www.swissquote.com/private/help/trade/markets-products">table</a> that shows the real‑time availability and delays for the stock market data in our public and premium services.

Do you have realtime prices?

Tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen to manage your profile settings, such as notifications and dark theme. From here, you can also contact our customer care team and rate our app.

How do I manage my notifications and other settings?

Absolutely! You can hone your trading skills and learn from experts on a wide range of subjects by attending our webinars in the app. Tap on the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then select Webinars to view a list of available webinars.

Can I access webinars from the app?

The Swissquote Trading app comes with its own integrated two-factor authentication, called Mobile Level 3. It allows you to secure your account and use your smartphone instead of the Level 3 Card to confirm your login, transactions and other important actions. You can activate Mobile Level 3 in the account settings of your app.
